Paying for your jewelleryWe accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via either WorldPay and/or PayPal which are two of the world’s largest credit card processing companies. If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. For your convenience, however, there is a handy currency converter on the site. We reserve the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full. We also reserve the right to decline any order where there is an discrepancy in card details. Postage and packing is free within the UK.All orders will need to be signed for on delivery. They are sent using Royal Mail First Class Signed For and should arrive the following day within mainland UK. Order for European Union, USA and the rest of the world can take up to 7 days for delivery. Orders taken late in the day (after 3:00 pm GTM) will not be processed until the following day. Costs for postage and packing for orders outside the UK are automatically added at the ordering stage. We can deliver your jewellery order to an address other than the billing address of the credit card holder (for example, to you work address) but this is entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right to deliver only to the billing address of the credit card holder, if we choose. We do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances. What you see is what you getWe have made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most cases, the only surprise is that the stones and crystals are far more dazzling in real life than the pixels of the monitor allow us to show! DisclaimerShould there be an error in the description or price of goods in the on-line catalogue, we reserve the right to supply goods at the correct price. Please return the item, in it's original box, in its original condition, to: Returns Dept The item(s) must be returned in the original condition and should not have been used or worn. When returning goods, please to include your name, address and phone number – and where possible – your order number or a copy of your invoice. Once we receive the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the items for something else. Damaged GoodsIf your product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately on 020 8871 9678 and return the product to us at : Returns Dept We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with the Royal Mail. Please note that in the unlikely event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail, whose compensation is currently limited to £26 sterling. So if the value of goods you are returning is greater than £26, you should recorded delivery/signed for service.
