Paying for your jewellery

We accept most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta. We operate a sophisticated on-line processing system via either WorldPay and/or PayPal which are two of the world’s largest credit card processing companies.

If you are shopping outside the UK, your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to your local currency. For your convenience, however, there is a handy currency converter on the site.

We reserve the right to decline any orders that do not pass the Address Verification System in full.

We also reserve the right to decline any order where there is an discrepancy in card details.

Postage and packing is free within the UK.

All orders will need to be signed for on delivery. They are sent using Royal Mail First Class Signed For and should arrive the following day within mainland UK.

Order for European Union, USA and the rest of the world can take up to 7 days for delivery.

Orders taken late in the day (after 3:00 pm GTM) will not be processed until the following day.

Costs for postage and packing for orders outside the UK are automatically added at the ordering stage.

We can deliver your jewellery order to an address other than the billing address of the credit card holder (for example, to you work address) but this is entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right to deliver only to the billing address of the credit card holder, if we choose. We do not dispatch orders to PO Boxes under any circumstances.

What you see is what you get

We have made every effort to display the jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images vary slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most cases, the only surprise is that the stones and crystals are far more dazzling in real life than the pixels of the monitor allow us to show!

Should there be an error in the description or price of goods in the on-line catalogue, we reserve the right to supply goods at the correct price. Customers will be notified by e-mail before any order is processed.

Delivery Schedule

Most items are held in stock and will be despatched to you within 3 working days from receiving your order.

Returns

We operate a 14-day No quibble Guarantee.

Send items back via recorded delivery/signed for for your own proof of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. Postage costs are not reimbursed.

The item(s) must be returned in the original condition and should not have been used or worn.

When returning goods, please to include your name, address and phone number – and where possible – your order number or a copy of your invoice.

Once we receive the goods, we will then refund your card or allow you to exchange the items for something else.

For health and hygeine reasons, no returns are available on navel jewellery or pierced earrings.

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will replace the item free of charge and take your case up with the Royal Mail.

Please note that in the unlikely event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail, whose compensation is currently limited to £26 sterling. So if the value of goods you are returning is greater than £26, you should recorded delivery/signed for service.
